Babe Ruth signature, written in purple ink upon a place card for the Los Angeles Breakfast Club. Typed upon is the name of Mr. Martin Olson, who acquired Ruth’s signature during his time in California working as a defense contractor. Card measures 4″ x 2.75″. Two pieces of tape on card, one touching the very top of Ruth’s signature. Some creasing and ink mark on verso, overall very good condition. Signature is large, bold and beautiful!
